You'd think after all I ate on Thanksgiving that I'd put myself on a strict diet of lettuce and lemon rinds for the rest of the year. But nooo. This morning I was in the mood for a feast and made french toast from fresh-baked challah bread (using almond milk instead of regular milk -- it was good!), scrambled eggs and turkey bacon. Mmm! Now I am cleaning the house top to bottom, getting ready for the coming week.
